On July 5th, Vareal Vietnam held a Company Meet-up attended by all company employees as well as some "secret factors" from Japan.
This is an important event aimed at strengthening understanding between the company's leadership and each member, ensuring everyone works together towards common development goals. It also provides an opportunity to increase connections among members not only at Vareal Vietnam but also with Vareal Japan.
At this company meet-up, the leadership team shared their vision, direction, and future development plans for Vareal Vietnam, both in the short and long term.
Furthermore, each company member is encouraged to contribute ideas and plans to develop and improve the department's capabilities, achieve the company's development goals, and create a more professional working environment.
On this occasion, for the first time, the competency framework for each position at Vareal Vietnam was shared with members, helping employees in the company to have a development direction and build their own learning plans.
Interspersed throughout the sharing sessions were lively activities and games, creating a cheerful and exciting atmosphere throughout the workshop. Everyone participated, enlivened the atmosphere, and worked together as a team to win meaningful prizes from the organizers.
At the end of the Meet-up, all Vareal Vietnam members felt energized and ready to accelerate towards achieving their 2024 business plan goals.
