Company Establishment (Japan)
Vareal Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Teramoto Masahiro and initially operated in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, Japan.
02/2011
Head Office Relocation
The company's headquarters have been relocated to Fukuoka City, marking a new phase in its expansion strategy.
05/2014
Office Opening
Vareal officially opened its Hakata Station office in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, Japan.
11/2014
Business Expansion
The company opened an additional office in Tokyo and increased its registered capital to 10 million yen.

CEO & Founder
The founder has over 20 years of experience in the Japanese and Southeast Asian markets.
Having started Vareal in 2006 and having studied and worked in over 40 countries worldwide, Mr. Teramoto is a role model and source of inspiration for the engineering team at Vareal Vietnam.
His vision for the development team is: “Not only solving problems with logic (Mathematics & Engineering) but also with sophistication in the user experience (Art).” Therefore, Vareal’s products are designed to be not only smarter but also more accessible, aesthetically pleasing, and truly useful for the end user.
