This is a content management system (CMS) that allows you to create business websites and recruitment websites.
It offers affordable website creation services and comprehensive customer support after launch, making it easy for users to use even if they are unfamiliar with the internet or computers. Furthermore, its template functionality allows you to easily create a website that suits your business, while also integrating SEO and content marketing features.
🛠️ Details of the support we provide
Context of the request
This is a content management system (CMS) that allows you to create business websites and recruitment websites.
We received a request to create this service as an upgraded version, expanding functions based on the existing CMS service.
Because we previously supported the development of a human resources management system (Hitomawari) for a long time, the customer trusted us and invited us to participate.
In this project, our company provided comprehensive support from basic design → detailed design (including database design) → software development → testing, ensuring the development process was carried out seamlessly.
Development features
While referencing the management functions such as template management and customer management included in the existing CMS service, we have made feature additions to differentiate ourselves from other services, including:
- Display featured keywords on Google Trends to provide blog ideas.
- Access analysis and SEO diagnostics for blogs.
During the feature proposal process, we not only rely on customer requests but also consider the necessary functions for long-term development of the service, for example using the Google Suggest API to support keyword searches.
In addition, because server-side processing takes a long time leading to slow page display speed, we have applied SSG (Static Site Generation) to the front-end, improving page access speed. Initially, the ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) option was also considered, but SSG was chosen because it helps reduce the first load time and increase access speed, which is more consistent with the project goals.

This feature helps diagnose whether the title, content, and word count of a blog post is SEO friendly or not.
⚙️ Development system
We support the project with a hybrid system: requirements definition and design are performed in Japan, while functional development and testing are carried out at our wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam.
Our software engineers in Vietnam handled customer communication from the design stage onwards.
Development scale
During the development phase, which lasted approximately six months, we allocated the following resources.
- Japan
SE: 6 months person
- Vietnam
Project Manager/Software Engineer: 3 months of labor
Programmer: 43 months of labor
Tester: 23 months of labor
Total man-hours invested in Japan and Vietnam combined: 75 man-months.
⚙️ Plan for future support
Currently, we are tasked with operating and maintaining this system.
During operation and maintenance, we conduct regular monitoring and maintenance to ensure the stability and normal operation of the system, and we also modify and add functions according to customer requirements and changes.
