📋 About This Role
The QA Junior role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality who wants to grow a career in testing with an automation focus. Vareal actively encourages and supports QAs in achieving ISTQB certification.
⚙️ Responsibilities
1
Write and execute test cases based on specs from BrSE/clients
2
Report bugs clearly with reproduction steps
3
Participate in regression testing before each release
4
Learn to write automation tests (Selenium, Playwright, or RSpec)
5
Improve QA processes together with the team
✅ Requirements
0–2 years QA/testing experience
Logical thinking, careful and high attention to detail
Good English reading comprehension
Bonus: ISTQB Foundation, experience with Jira/TestRail
ISTQB certification supported after probation
