📋 About This Role
The Senior role requires engineers with 4+ years of experience, technical leadership ability and direct client communication. You'll be the technical owner of one or more major projects, directing architecture and owning delivery.

Technical leadership for projects, owning the entire backend architecture

Direct communication with Japanese clients on technical requirements

Define technical roadmap and propose system improvements

Interview and onboard new team members

Evaluate and select technology stack for new projects
✅ Requirements
4+ years Ruby on Rails, led at least 1 major project
Experience with microservices, API design, cloud (AWS/GCP)
Strong communication skills, can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
Japanese N3+ is a major advantage
