๐ About This Role
The Middle role is for engineers with 2โ4 years of experience who want to own complex modules and start mentoring juniors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in technical design and architecture discussions on large projects.
โ๏ธ Responsibilities

Design and implement complex backend modules

Mentor junior developers and perform high-quality code reviews
3
Participate in technical design, propose architecture solutions
4
Coordinate with BrSEs and Japanese clients on technical requirements
5
Optimize performance, improve database queries
โ Requirements
2โ4 years Ruby on Rails experience
Experience with background jobs (Sidekiq), caching (Redis)
Understanding of database optimization and indexing
Ability to read Japanese specs and documentation (big bonus)
Experience working with outsource/offshore teams
