⚙️ Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements from Japanese clients
Write clear specs, user stories and technical documentation
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure correct requirement understanding
Participate in daily standups and sprint reviews
Manage backlog and priorities with PM/clients
✅ Requirements
Japanese N2 or above (required)
0–2 years BA or related experience
Strong analytical and documentation writing skills
Basic understanding of software development processes
Bonus: experience working with Japanese clients
