Seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer passionate about UX and performance, proficient in React and ready to lead frontend architecture. You'll define the design system and ensure consistent user experience across all products.

Lead frontend architecture and establish best practices

Build and maintain design system components

Optimize Core Web Vitals, performance and accessibility

Close collaboration with designers and backend teams

Code review and guide junior frontend developers
✅ Requirements
4+ years React/TypeScript experience
Proficient in state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query)
Experience with testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress)
Deep understanding of browser performance and optimization
Bonus: Next.js, Three.js, WebGL or design tool experience
