A great opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to start their careers at a dynamic AI-first company. You'll work directly alongside senior engineers, gain exposure to real codebases and learn through actual client projects from Japan.
⚙️ Responsibilities

Support the team in developing new features on Ruby on Rails or React

Write unit tests and participate in code reviews with mentor guidance

Join daily standups and sprint planning

Read and comprehend technical documentation in English/Japanese

Report progress and raise issues clearly
✅ Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science or related field
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Ruby
Eager to learn, proactive and comfortable with experimentation
Good English reading comprehension (technical docs)
Bonus: existing side projects or open source contributions
