On July 25-26, 2025, all employees of Vareal Vietnam participated in a 2-day, 1-night company trip to Mai Chau Hideaway Resort β a peaceful destination in the heart of the Northwest mountains. This was not only an opportunity to rest and relax after stressful working days, but also a journey of bonding and renewed energy for a new phase of development.
From 10:00 AM on July 25th, everyone had gathered and set off in an atmosphere of excitement and laughter. The long journey felt shorter thanks to fun games on the bus, lively conversations, and even short naps after a week of hard work.
Upon arriving at Mai Chau Hideaway, the picturesque scenery with rolling mountains, a clear blue lake, and fresh air instantly revitalized the entire group. The charming bungalows, stone-paved paths, and mountain-facing swimming pool created a relaxing and nature-friendly atmosphere.
The afternoon was free time for everyone to explore the resort, cycle around the villages, swim, or simply sit on the veranda enjoying tea and gazing at the clouds. But the highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the Gala Dinner held on the evening of July 25th, 2025.
β¨ The Gala Dinner was not only a cozy party under the twinkling lights but also a true playground for all members. Fun team games, a surprise costume contest, and even some “homegrown” performances made the atmosphere lively and friendly like never before. Everyone smiled brightly, participated wholeheartedly, and erased any distance between departments and ranks.
The second day began with a peaceful, relaxing morning with a buffet breakfast, birdsong, and the aroma of coffee spreading throughout the resort. Before leaving Mai Chau, everyone took group photos β preserving the beautiful moments of a memorable trip.
The trip was short but left behind many memories. These included smiles, firm handshakes, and truly meaningful moments of camaraderie. Company Trip 2025 was not just a trip β it was a journey of connection, sharing, and igniting the spirit for future work.
