System Overview

This is a CMS (website creation service) that can be used to create corporate and recruitment websites.
Website creation is available at a reasonable price, and with extensive customer support after the website is published, even those who are not good at using the internet or computers can use it with confidence.
Furthermore, the template function makes it easy to create a website that suits your business type, and it also features SEO content marketing.

Our support

Background of the request

They wanted to launch this service as an advanced version that expanded on the functionality of an existing CMS service, so they contacted
us, who had previously provided long-term development support for their human resources management system (HitoMawari).We provided
comprehensive support, from basic design to detailed design (including database design), software development, and testing.

Development Features

While referencing the template management and client management features of existing CMS services, we differentiated our service
from competitors by adding features such as the ability to display keywords trending on Google Trends, access analysis, and blog SEO diagnostics, all with the goal of providing ideas for blogs.
In proposing features, we considered what the client wanted, such as using the Google Suggest API for keyword searches, as well as the features that were essential for the service’s growth.

Furthermore, we faced issues with slow server processing times and slow page display speeds, so we adopted SSG as a front-end delivery method to improve page access speeds. While we initially considered using ISR as a front-end delivery method, we chose SSG because it reduced initial loading time and was better suited to improving access speeds.

Development Structure

We provided support using a hybrid system where requirements definition and design were handled in Japan, and feature development and testing were implemented at our wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam.

From the design phase onwards, BrSE in Vietnam served as the customer’s point of contact.
