MOREWORKS is a job site connecting creatives and companies operating in the digital creative industry.
We carefully select and publish job listings for creatives who want to demonstrate their skills in productive areas such as web, advertising, video and apps, introducing them to jobs that allow them to maximize their creativity.

Recent examples of the support that has been provided
Improved scouting application submission screen
We've improved our user interface (UI) to increase the number of recruitment messages sent from companies to job seekers.
The reason for this improvement is that we received feedback from recruitment companies sending multiple recruitment messages at the same time to job seekers through MOREWORKS, stating that comparing and reviewing candidates' information is difficult.
To improve this, we've improved the user interface, including adjusting the order in which information is selected and displayed, and optimizing the layout on smartphones. As a result, we received positive feedback that usability was improved and the site was easier to view.
Develop more job recommendation features.
To increase the number of job applications from job seekers, we have developed a feature that recommends related job postings on the job application completion screen.
While adding logic to the selection criteria and implementing the display of job postings that meet the specified conditions, we encountered a server overload error. However, by creating fake data in a test environment of equal capacity to the production environment and performing verification and deployment, we overcame the overload error.
Add skill search
We've implemented filtering functionality for job seekers in the hiring process, allowing users to search for jobs based on their skills.
By adding input fields and pop-ups to select skills, along with modifying the user interface and adding search filtering logic, it is now possible to filter job search results by a variety of job seekers' skills.
Support system
All Mirai Works customer care and product development activities are performed by the resources of our wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam. Communication is done entirely in Japanese through our fluent Japanese-speaking customer support specialists (BrSE), ensuring no communication errors occur in the system. Furthermore, abundant resources in Vietnam allow us to respond quickly to urgent requests, and we are pleased to receive positive feedback on the speed of our product development.
