Business field: Develop and operate personal finance management (PFM) applications.
Enrich is a personal finance management (PFM) application that allows you to simulate future asset values and manage your portfolio appropriately using unique asset classes such as stocks, bonds, and commodities.
The application also features a community function, allowing you to exchange opinions with other users about the stocks you own and the status of your positions, as well as share your portfolio.
As of 2024, development of the minimum viable version (MVP) is underway, and the official release is expected in 2025.
The client consulted with us right from the product ideation stage, and we had many in-depth discussions about future prospects, including the direction the product should aim for and how to differentiate itself from other companies’ services.
In recent years, our company has also focused on investing in startups both domestically and internationally. This time, we not only supported application development but also provided investment, fundraising, and personal networking support.
When starting the project, we conducted thorough market research and competitive analysis to clarify user needs and opportunities in the FinTech application market.
This allowed us to specifically identify our target users and user profiles, thereby clarifying the direction the project should take.
We have a blog explaining our efforts in market research and competitive analysis, so please check it out.

During system development, requirements definition accounts for 10-20% of the total working hours required for the entire development process, but it determines 70% of the project's success or failure...
Initially, Enrich was developed as an app for investment professionals, but during its development, we made a major shift in direction, moving from an app for professionals to one for beginners.
First, we reviewed existing user profiles and rebuilt user stories from scratch based on the new user profiles.
Then, we selected necessary additional features for the new user profiles and those that were unnecessary, while revising all related documentation such as interface sketches, feature lists, and component lists.
The current Enrich app is user-friendly and convenient for beginners.
The key development functions in this MVP development process are as follows:
The application allows users to link assets held in each of their securities accounts and categorize them into groups such as stocks, bonds, commodities, etc., enabling centralized asset management.
The application also displays charts showing total assets, asset change from the previous day, annual return, total return, investment capital, and unrealized profit/loss, allowing users to quickly grasp their assets.
This feature allows users to set their preferred investment style (risky, balanced, stable, or custom) and provides rebalancing suggestions for each asset class held, tailored to their investment style.
One of Enrich’s features is that you can share your investment portfolio with other users through a fee (subscription model).
By sharing your investment knowledge and experience, you can earn income.
The subscription function was developed after thorough testing of the actual payment process on the device.
In terms of security, the application also integrates features that allow payment using facial recognition and biometric authentication.
The official version is expected to be released in 2025. To prepare for this release, we will be rolling out additional features, including those listed below, and providing development support to make the app even more convenient for users.
By entering the target age and target asset holdings, current age, current savings, monthly investment amount, additional investment amount during bonus months, number of bonus months, current annual income, and monthly expenses, a chart of the user’s future asset holdings will be calculated and displayed.
Leveraging the client’s knowledge of personal finance management (PFM), the company aims to improve the accuracy of the chart by enhancing the accuracy of the rate of return and using the user’s life plan as one of the variables in the simulation.
We plan to expand the functionality so that when users upload their portfolios, they can set portfolio scopes, choose prices for their content, and sell it at various price points.
