π‘Product Overview
enrich is a personal finance management (PFM) application that allows for future asset simulation and portfolio management through unique asset classes such as stocks, bonds, and commodities. The application also integrates community features, allowing users to exchange opinions on their investments and positions with other users and share their portfolios. As of 2024, we are developing the minimum viable product version (MVP), and expect a formal release in 2025.

Context of the request
The client consulted with us right from the initial ideation stage of this product, and we had close discussions about the product's development direction, its differentiating features compared to other companies' services, and future prospects. In recent years, our company has also focused on investing in startups both domestically and internationally. This time, in addition to developing the application, we also provided investment support, fundraising, and network building.
Support during the requirements definition phase.
When launching the project, we conducted thorough market research and competitive analysis to clarify user needs and opportunities in the fintech application market. This allowed us to specifically identify our target users and customer profiles, as well as clarify the direction the project should take. In recent years, our company has also focused on investing in startups both domestically and internationally. This time, in addition to developing the application, we also provided investment support, fundraising, and network building.
Personality changes during development.
Initially, Enrich was developed as an app for experienced investors, but during its development, we made a major shift in direction, moving from an app for professionals to one for beginner investors.
First, we reviewed existing user profiles and rebuilt user stories from scratch based on the new user profiles.
Next, we selected which additional features were necessary for the new user profiles and which were unnecessary, and revised all related documents, such as the interface sketch, feature list, and component list.
The current enrich app is user-friendly and very convenient for beginners.
Support during the development phase
The key development features for this MVP version are as follows:
Portfolio management function for managing user assets.
This application links the assets held in each user's securities account, categorizing them into stocks, bonds, commodities, and other assets, allowing for centralized management of all assets. The application also displays total assets, daily asset changes, annual returns, total profit, investment capital, and unrealized profit/loss in chart form, making it easy for users to track their assets.
Rebalancing suggestion function
This feature allows users to set their preferred investment style (risky, balanced, conservative, or custom), and then provides rebalancing recommendations tailored to that style for each of their asset classes.
Membership features
One of Enrich's features is the ability to allow other users public access to your investment portfolio for a fee (subscription model). This system allows you to earn income by sharing your investment knowledge and expertise in exchange for a fee.
Furthermore, for security reasons, we have implemented facial recognition and biometric authentication for payments.
π Future initiatives
We plan to officially release the app in 2025. Before the release, we will implement additional features, as listed below, to support development and make the app even more convenient for users.
Asset holding simulation function
By entering the target age and target amount of assets to continue holding, current age, current savings, monthly investment amount, additional investment amount during bonus months, number of bonus months, current annual income, and monthly expenses, a chart of the user's future asset holdings will be calculated and displayed.
Leveraging our clients' expertise in asset management (PFM), we aim to improve chart accuracy by enhancing the precision of return rates, and will also utilize the user's life plan as one of the variables in the simulation.
Expand membership features
We plan to expand the functionality so that users who upload portfolios can set how their portfolios are displayed, choose prices for their uploaded content, and sell it through various pricing packages.
