Introducing the services we support

MOREWORKS is a recruitment site that connects creators active in the digital creative industry with companies.
We carefully select and post job information for creators who want to demonstrate their skills in the field of production, such as web, advertising, video, and apps, and introduce jobs that will allow creators to become even more creative.

Recent examples of support

Improvements to the scout sending screen

We have revamped the UI to increase the number of job scout information sent from companies to job seekers.
The background to the revamp was that we received feedback from recruiting companies that send multiple scouts to job seekers at once via MOREWORKS, saying that it was difficult to compare information about scout targets.
As an improvement to this, we revamped the UI, including adjusting the selection of posted information, the display order, and the smartphone layout, and have received positive feedback that the usability has improved and the site is now easier to view.

Additional development of job recommendation function

In order to increase the number of job applications from job seekers, we developed an additional function that recommends related jobs on the application completion screen.
When we added logic for picking conditions and implemented the display of jobs that met the specified conditions, we encountered a server overload error. However, after creating dummy data in a staging environment that was equivalent to the amount of data in the production environment and implementing it, the overload error was resolved.

Adding Skill Search

When searching for job seekers when scouting for employers, we have implemented a function to narrow down job seekers and enable job searches by skill.
By adding an input field and a modal for selecting skills, modifying the UI display, and adding logic for narrowing down searches, it is now possible to narrow down job searches based on the various skills of job seekers.

Support system

Mirai Works’ contact point and development are all handled by resources at our 100% subsidiary, our offshore base in Vietnam. All communication is conducted in Japanese through BrSE, who is fluent in Japanese, so we have a system in place to prevent miscommunication. In addition, the abundant resources at our offshore base in Vietnam allow us to respond quickly to sudden requests, and we have been praised for our development speed.
