I./ Responsibilities and Duties

• Study system description documents, understand the system and analyze requirements from customers /PM/BA

• Prepare the settings like test environment, test device, test data, etc.

• Create testing plans, testing scripts, test case and execute test for features

• Execute testing prior to the official release of the product/service (Function, interface, software)

• Estimate the basic functions

• Able to manage defects and do independent follow up with the respective team.

• Report bugs or defects of the software 

• Keep track of testing progress and report testing results and feedback to development teams and Project Leader.

• Propose appropriate solution for actual bugs.

• Do other working tasks that are required by managers.

II./ Qualifications & Competencies

• Language: English (Intermediate level)

• Graduate from university with technology-related degree

• At least 2 years of experience in web testing

• Have ISTQB foundation certificate or equivalent knowledge

• Ability to analyze and understand information/requirement/specification/user Stories

• Good communication to coordinate with developers, able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

• Passionate about software quality assurance, progressive spirit, good logical thinking

• Pay attention to details, careful, creative and eager to learn

• Good communication, teamwork

• Willing to learn new technologies and testing processes.
