Based on this, we developed an AI model that provides a better user experience.
We provided full support, from proposing survey content to designing a survey system for the target demographic, developing the app, and building and operating the system. Building a dedicated survey system led to an improvement in user experience, and enabled the client to smoothly collect the data they wanted.
We utilized the client’s know-how to recruit panelists and collect data. By making it possible to collect data from users’ smartphones, we significantly reduced the effort required for offline data collection. We
developed an AI model from the survey data and were able to build an AI engine with a certain degree of accuracy, which led to the decision to conduct a PoC.
We conducted a campaign to obtain user feedback, and developed, built, and operated a feedback system to collect data.
Our data scientists analyzed this data and created a report in consultation with the client. At the same time, we verified the AI engine and UX, and developed, built, and operated an AI system with an API that connects to other companies’ services.
Ultimately, we compiled the data visualization and analysis results, the insights gained from them, future challenges and recommendations, and provided an executive summary in a document of over 300 pages.
We also held AI seminars for the client midway through the PoC, which helped deepen their understanding of AI.

We built an AI model based on the feedback data obtained from the PoC, and handled everything from UI/UX design to development for the ” by me” AI diagnostic service, providing support right up to its release. We are currently also operating and maintaining the system, and will continue to support the improvement of the service.
